Make a Difference Together Faith In Action Mission Faith in Action of Edgar County through congregations and agencies united for service, offers compassion and love to our neighbors, therby making a difference in their lives. This is accomplished by easing isolation and loneliness. We help maintain independence by providing transportation for residents with chronic illnesses and/or physical impairments.

How we help someone in need Learn more about our program Services are provided by volunteers at no charge to their receiver. They include but may not be limited to companionship/in-home visiting; telephone reassurance; construction of wheelchair ramps, steps and handrails; help with shopping and errands; transportation locally and out of town for medical appointments; occasional yard and house cleaning; and respite for caregiver.
